Hello, everyone. As I told you, I'm the manager5 of this blog, Kwon Gi Young.
Have you ever tried to achieve your own goals? Many people will say 'yes'. But actually, I've never tried to achieve my own goals. So, from now on, by August 25th, I will set three goals, and I'll try to keep them because it's a promise with myself.
First, I won't eat any meat at all. I'm a little fat now, so I decided this as my first goal. To achieve this, I will not choose meat in the cafeteria. There is so much chicken, pork, and beef on the menu. So to avoid eating meat, I must not choose them.
Second, I'll brush my teeth three ties a day. Usually I brush my teeth two times a day. But I think it is a bad habit, so to change that, I chose this as a goal. To keep this a long time, I havbe to do two things. First, I have to write about and attach where I can easily see it. Next, I'll follow my friend who brushes his teeth regularly.
Last, I'll always go to the 11th floor from 10:30 to 11:40 to study. In fact, I'm going there regularly every night. Then I don't want to stop this, so I write this down as my last, and most important goal.
Sometimes I'll fail to keep this because of problems(by accident), how I feel, sickness, etc. But i will starty again and again and I will do my best to achieve them, too.
